空空(kong)道(dao)人(ren)听如此说,思忖半晌(shang),将《石头记》再检阅一遍,因(yin)见(jian)上面虽有些指(zhi)奸责(ze)佞(ning)贬(bian)恶诛(zhu)邪之语,亦(yi)非(fei)伤时骂世之旨,及至君(jun1)仁(ren)臣(chen)良父慈子孝,凡(fan)伦(lun)常所关(guan)之处,皆是称功颂德,眷眷无(wu)穷(qiong),实非(fei)别书之可(ke)比.虽其中大旨谈情,亦不(bu)过实录其事,又(you)非假拟妄称,一味淫邀艳约(yue),私订偷(tou)盟(meng)之可(ke)比.因毫不干涉时世(shi),方从头(tou)至尾(wei)抄录回来,问世传奇.从此空空道人(ren)因空见(jian)色,由(you)色生情(qing),传情入(ru)色(se),自(zi)色悟空(kong),遂易(yi)名(ming)为情僧,改(gai)《石头(tou)记(ji)》为《情(qing)僧录》.东鲁孔梅(mei)溪则(ze)题曰《风月宝鉴(jian)》.后因曹雪芹于(yu)悼红(hong)轩中披阅十载,增(zeng)删五次(ci),纂成目录,分出章回(hui),则(ze)题曰《金陵十二(er)钗》.并(bing)题一绝云:
