生财有大道。生之(zhi)者众(zhong),食(shi)之(zhi)者(zhe)寡,为之(zhi)者疾,用(yong)之者舒(shu),则财恒足矣。仁(ren)者以财发身,不仁者以身(shen)发财。未有上(shang)好仁而下不好义者(zhe)也,未有好义其事(shi)不终者也,未有府库财非(fei)其财者也。孟献(xian)子曰(yue):"畜(chu)马乘,不察(cha)于鸡豚(tun);伐冰(bing)之家,不畜牛羊(yang);百乘之家,不畜(chu)聚敛之(zhi)臣。与其有聚敛之臣,宁有(you)盗(dao)臣。"此谓国(guo)不以(yi)利(li)为利,以义为利(li)也。长国家而务财(cai)用(yong)者,必自小(xiao)人矣。彼为善之,小人之使为国(guo)家,灾害并(bing)至(zhi);虽有善(shan)者,亦无(wu)如(ru)之(zhi)何矣!此谓(wei)国(guo)不以利为利,以义为利也。
