生(sheng)财有(you)大(da)道。生之者(zhe)众,食(shi)之(zhi)者寡,为之者疾,用(yong)之者舒,则(ze)财恒足矣。仁者以财发身,不仁者以身发财。未有(you)上好仁而下不好(hao)义者(zhe)也,未有好(hao)义其(qi)事(shi)不终(zhong)者也,未有府库财(cai)非其(qi)财者也。孟献(xian)子曰:"畜马乘,不察(cha)于鸡豚(tun);伐冰(bing)之(zhi)家,不畜牛羊;百乘(cheng)之家,不畜聚敛之臣(chen)。与其(qi)有聚敛之臣,宁有盗(dao)臣。"此谓(wei)国不以利(li)为利(li),以(yi)义(yi)为利也。长国(guo)家(jia)而务(wu)财用(yong)者,必(bi)自小(xiao)人矣。彼为善之,小人(ren)之(zhi)使(shi)为国家,灾害并至;虽有(you)善者,亦无如(ru)之何矣!此谓国不(bu)以利为利,以(yi)义为(wei)利也。
