子(zi)兴见(jian)他说得(de)这样重(chong)大,忙(mang)请教其端.雨(yu)村道(dao):天地生人,除(chu)大仁大恶两种,余者皆无大异.若大仁(ren)者,则应(ying)运而生,大(da)恶者(zhe),则应劫而生.运生世(shi)治,劫生世危.尧(yao),舜,禹,汤,文,武,周,召(zhao),孔,孟,董,韩(han),周,程,张,朱,皆应运(yun)而生者.蚩(chi)尤,共工(gong),桀,纣,始(shi)皇,王莽,曹操,桓温(wen),安禄山,秦桧(gui)等,皆(jie)应劫而生者.大仁者,修(xiu)治(zhi)天下,大恶者,挠乱天下(xia).清明灵秀(xiu),天地(di)之正气,仁者之所秉也,残忍(ren)乖僻,天地之(zhi)邪气,恶者之所秉也(ye).今当(dang)运(yun)隆祚永(yong)之朝(chao),太平无为(wei)之(zhi)世,清明灵秀之气所(suo)秉(bing)者,上至朝(chao)廷,下及草野(ye),比比皆是.所余之(zhi)秀气(qi),漫无所归,遂为甘露,为(wei)和风,洽然溉(gai)及四海(hai).彼残忍乖僻之邪气,不能荡(dang)溢于光天化(hua)日之中,遂(sui)凝结充塞(sai)于(yu)深(shen)沟(gou)大壑之(zhi)内(nei),偶因(yin)风荡,或(huo)被云催(cui),略(lue)有摇动感(gan)发之意,一(yi)丝半(ban)缕误而泄出者,偶(ou)值(zhi)灵秀之气适过(guo),正(zheng)不容邪,邪(xie)复妒正,两不(bu)相下,亦如风(feng)水雷电,地(di)中既遇,既不能消(xiao),又不能让(rang),必(bi)至(zhi)搏(bo)击掀发(fa)后始尽.故其气亦必赋人,发泄(xie)一尽(jin)始散.使男(nan)女偶秉此气而生者,在上则(ze)不(bu)能成仁人君(jun1)子(zi),下亦不(bu)能为大凶大恶.置之于万万人中,其聪俊灵秀(xiu)之气,则在万万人(ren)之(zhi)上,其乖僻邪谬不近(jin)人情(qing)之(zhi)态,又在万(wan)万人(ren)之(zhi)下.若生于公(gong)侯富(fu)贵之家,则(ze)为情(qing)痴(chi)情(qing)种,若生于诗书(shu)清(qing)贫之族,则(ze)为逸士高人,纵(zong)再偶生(sheng)于薄(bao)祚寒(han)门(men),断不能为(wei)走卒健(jian)仆,甘遭庸(yong)人驱制驾驭,必为奇优名倡.如前(qian)代之(zhi)许(xu)由,陶潜(qian),阮籍,嵇康,刘伶,王谢二族,顾虎头,陈后(hou)主,唐明皇,宋徽(hui)宗,刘庭芝,温(wen)飞卿,米(mi)南宫(gong),石(shi)曼(man)卿,柳耆卿,秦少游,近日之倪云林,唐伯(bo)虎,祝枝山,再(zai)如李龟年(nian),黄(huang)幡绰(chao),敬(jing)新磨(mo),卓(zhuo)文君,红拂(fu),薛涛,崔(cui)莺,朝云(yun)之流,此(ci)皆易(yi)地则同(tong)之人也。
