"大(da)哉(zai)圣人之道(dao)!洋洋乎发育万(wan)物,峻极于天(tian)。优(you)优大(da)哉!礼仪三百,威仪(yi)三千,待其人然后行。故(gu)曰:苟(gou)不(bu)至德(de),至道(dao)不凝(ning)焉。故君子(zi)尊(zun)德(de)性(xing)而道(dao)问学,致广(guang)大而(er)尽精微,极高明(ming)而道(dao)中庸;温故而知新,敦(dun)厚以崇(chong)礼。是故(gu)居上不骄,为下不倍;国有道(dao),其言足以兴(xing);国(guo)无道(dao),其默足以容。《诗》曰:''既明(ming)且哲,以保其(qi)身。''其此之谓与(yu)!"子曰:"愚(yu)而(er)好(hao)自用(yong),贱而(er)好自专;生(sheng)乎(hu)今之(zhi)世,反古之道。如此者,及其(qi)身(shen)者也。"非(fei)天子(zi),不议礼,不制度,不考文(wen)。今(jin)天下车同轨,书(shu)同文,行同(tong)伦。虽有其(qi)位,苟(gou)无其德,不敢(gan)作礼乐焉;虽有其德,苟无(wu)其位,亦不(bu)敢作礼乐焉。
